“BJJ is for everyone — regardless of size, age, or athletic background. My job is to meet you where you are and help you grow. Whether you want to compete, learn self-defense, or just move your body and build confidence, there’s a place for you on these mats.”

    What Students Say
    Straight From the Mats
“Garrett has been my main coach for over four years and he’s an excellent instructor 💪🏻. He has a deep understanding of jiu-jitsu and, more importantly, knows how to teach it. He’s great at working with all levels and explaining things in a way that actually makes sense. He focuses on concepts, not just moves, which has helped me improve a lot over the years. He also takes the time to answer questions and genuinely cares about his students’ progress. I highly recommend him to anyone serious about learning BJJ or self defense.”
